I question whether or not he is a touch worker. Fighting relentlessly for the company with nothing of substance to offer as to why is more characteristic of a manager than it is a worker.

Very true.......I've always stopped short of saying that but in the back of my mind I always wondered....I'm glad to know I wasn't the only one that thought that. I could say much more but it's really better that we keep that private.
