Doesn't look like 181 will be looking for that 25.50 for a long time being they are hiring guys with 3 to 6 months experience and starting them out 2 dollars below top rate? The difference between experience and no experience is now 2$?????? That compounded with the the lack of freight coming in and going out and the total disregard of preserving the freight coming in at night to be delivered is sad. The damages are disheartening when everyday you have to look people in the eye and not have any logical answers for them... and the T.M. who only seems to care about what his numbers look like and when you present a problem about what's wrong at the terminal 9 times out of 10 you get these big eyes and silly smile and a giggle or you hear about how these numbers from the audits affect him????? Caring is very hard!

The almighty dolphin, not only is it the 'big brother' ( from your whereabouts to your HUs) but it's set up to nickel and dime every driver when you have to log on and off ( city, dock, Hilo, lunch, reboot, ect ). Times that by all the drivers and that crook mouroun is making a mint, what a piece of....work. He would pull the wallet out of his fathers pocket as he laid in the coffin.
He probably did, and he will be the first person to require a trailer hitch on the Hurst as it takes him and his money to the grave.
that's a terminal number, they don't refer to the cities internally but by numbers, probably helps when he buys another company then relocates the barns
