Bad Hombres will use the northern border to slip into this country almost as fast as the open southern border. Build two walls. I trust Canadians, not so much those that using them to harm us.

I used to reff & play hockey. 2 times a year Eli LIlly Indy & & Eli Lilly Windsor Canadian plants got together in the US in the spring & Canada in the Fall to play each other. I was lucky enough to reff a lot of those games. The canucks were better players than the US but not by much. The one thing I remember is the boys from Windsor could drink & party as hard as the Americans. During the games they played like they wanted to rip out you teeth with their fist. But after the game they were like long lost brothers. Kind of like Rugby players. What happened on the field stayed on the field. One of the better times I spent in that sport. von.

Yeah. I'd love to see an American crowd sing our anthem...

The sad thing about our national anthem is most Canadians today have probably never sang it. Singing it in school stopped being a requirement over a decade ago.

I would be astonished if a group of American citizens sang O Canada. Especially if those Americans weren't from a border state. No offense intended to our southern brothers, but even if you knew the song it would probably offend any reasonably patriotic American to just sing the first line.

Used to go to the hockey games pretty frequently. Knew about half of it. Sitting here now just made me realize it's been lost. 20 years from now I will probably remember again.

I call BS! This must be photoshopped. No way any jersey-wearing Leafs fan has ever said that.

Depending on how far along the season is, often times Leafs fans start cheering on the opposing team. This has to do with the Leafs' notorious inability to play well enough to make the playoffs...until the playoffs have started. Which results in a horribly average season end and no good draft picks.

A generation has lived since the last time the Leafs actually won the Stanley Cup. I'd really like to see them win, even just once, before I die. You'd think that being the most profitable team in the history of sports would motivate them...

The rage in this reply is proof of the double edge nature of Canadians. The OP asked if we can trust Canadians. Here lies the answer. We must unite with the Minnesotan forces and wage a full, all out assault on the north. The day will come, and it might be to late then.

The propaganda is out, we are being acclimatized to these thoughts.

That wasn't rage, my friend. I'm a rare breed of Canadian in that I have no love for hockey and no love for Tim Hortons. I do, however, know that Leafs fans love their team more than Boston loves the Pats.
