If it doubles it you do. If it increases by 3-5% you don't. Which is more the norm lately. Just like the 47% thingy. We can all take time to post figures showing who what where why when; you won't accept them and you'll post another extreme scenario, just to argue. That's why people quit debating you after 6-8 posts...

Not every business is landing lucrative accounts.

I don't like to play a hypothetical businessman. I have a real one that I have to deal with.

A businessman that has any morals at all will not hire ANY employees until they absolutely have to. Because it's not right to allow an employee to quit their current job, come to work for them, and then lay them off shortly afterwords. That's just wrong.

If you don't understand how ObamaCare, high taxes, and extreme regulations cost a business money on their bottom line.........just keep hold of that steering wheel and stay out of the business world and you'll be fine.

But that always true. It has nothing to do with Obama.

People stop debating with you because you like to say things like
without acknowledging unemployment is down since 2009.

You often talk about being a business owner, but offer no details. How many employees do you have?

I'm a business owner too, sort of. More of a hobbyist, that likes to use the tax writes off offered by owning a business. That's what I always assume you are too. If I'm wrong, please let me know some details.

If you want to talk business talk with business people, stay out of a trucking forum. We're all a bunch of idiots, after all.

BTW, my driving gig was a few positions ago. But I'm still not a hotshot captain of industry like you.

If we were really doing better than why is Obama and the Dems wanting to extend unemployment benefits?

"The Economic Collapse" is your source? And I'll believe anything? lofreakingl!!

I work in the trucking industry. I learned a long time ago that you can learn a lot about the economy by looking at freight levels. In 2009, we were laying off. Now we can't hire enough.

I know you won't believe it until you see it on Fox, but here you go...

United States Unemployment Rate | Actual Data | Forecasts | Calendar

You can adjust that chart. Check it out from 2000, just in case you think I'm claiming it's lower than ever.

Unemployment is only down because they choose to not count groups of people. There are less people working today than when O took office

Deflection? In case I was misunderstood, a blog about the end of the world is not a valid source.

How is ABF doing? If they're doing as well as Con-Way, it may be due to something other the economy.
