He doesn't deserve to go out on his own terms. if a driver did 1/1000 of the damage to the company that he's done, they'd fire that driver on the spot.

I work for CSE. been here three years and from what I have heard guys say and what I saw myself when he ran CSE, he is doing the same to CCX now that he did to us then. I talk to CCX drivers every night and moral is in the crapper and, like us they have a hard time keeping new drivers. I think most of the drivers that have been there awhile stay because they have too much invested and don't want to have to start at the bottom someplace else that may have its own problems. heck of a first post.....
