Working for YRC and being a Temaster is hardly worth it anymore is it? You can almost make this kind of money at a non union carrier. And, quite possibly treated decent too! Not only does the pay cuts and pension bite but we have to put up with the poor morale too. Doesn't quite seem worth it does it?

Oh it is worth it. Or you would have already quit. A day at YRC even with all the BS going on now, is better than a day any where else. If you don't believe me quit and get another job.
most non-union carriers make more, after our 10% cut.
