On page 8 of the quarterly report to the special council. It states at no time did CSPF achieve a funding rate of more than 75% in the last two decades of the twentieth century. My question to all of the fighters out there is. Who started all of these baseless rumors, the pension fund had to raise pensions for tax reasons?
