In case you haven't driven one lately, YRC will soon be starting a new policy (USF's current policy) of installing ceramic clutches in anything that gets a clutch.
They are bears to operate and the pedals are heavy. You WILL avoid certain areas where you know you'll be stopping on a hill waiting for a light.
VOICE YOUR OPINIONS TO ANYONE THAT LISTENS AND COMPLAIN BEFORE THEY START DOING IT.
They are unsafe and very difficult to use especially in the city.
There is no slip in them. Their official description is "no slip clutch". Your either engaged or not and there is no feathering of the pedal. The more weight you have on, the harder it is to get started and this is on level ground. Try it in a dock pit.
Spread the word.
