Here at Nashville we heard via rumor that the C.O.O. was approved last Thursday. The former Memphis workers who have told the company that they will retreat back to Memphis, have not received any information on moving expenses etc. They have until Friday to sign a sheet or they cannot go back. Why has the company not posted the official change of operation with instructions on what to do next. Nobody knows anything. Also, how can the C.O.O. be approved without any filed grievances being taken care of first ? I know our relay here at Nashville filed a grievance stating that they have proof the company is diverting freight to Houston,Texas. The company has said that the only place Nashville employees can go to for this C.O.O. is Memphis,TN. When will the grievances be answered ? There are people here who want to go to Houston. How long do they have to wait for an answer ? Also, can the powers to be at truckingboards post the approved change of operations, something the company should have already done.
