I just received my 1099-R (retiree) form from Suntrust, it is completely wrong.
The total amount showing paid to me is off by around $5,000.00, the taxes withheld are all wrong too.
Trying to talk to someone at SunTrust is completely out of the question, you might as well leave a message, let them call you back.
I am going to go ahead and file using my last "Deposit Advice" from SunTrust.
