The road drivers have been NMFA for as long as I can remember. 710 dock & office are white paper. We Chicago 710 road drivers have ALWAYS dovetailed on COO's whether as Yellow, Roadway, or YRC.
Back in the 1990's when yellow closed the lincoln relay and put sleeper teams in chicago, they ENDTAILED into chicago following their work. It was wrong then, it would be wrong now.

Out of the last 56 called back, 27 actually returned to work. Others opted for LOA.
The people that took a LOA, are the smart ones. Why work for a YRC when their not contributing to a pension? Anyone get can get that everywhere else, with any other company. Another words, why work for free?

I S. Mabeybecause we hope that eventuauly we get our pension back. We are not all as fortuniate as you to be young enough to start over. Some of us have bills to pay and familys to support. Ask your parentshow hard it is to make a living in this economy. I think you will have a different controll when they take over! :nono:
There are two different LOA. There is a union LOA and a company LOA. A union LOA is when someone is working for another union trucking company, company LOA is when someone is working for someone else, attending school, or any other purpose.

Some of us have bills to pay and families to support. (pilot108)

As long as YRC knows that, they will keep taking advantage of everyone. I. S.

If and when you look into your childs eyes and tell him or her no , because you don't have the money to be santa , then you tell me how i should or should'nt do anything. Start taking into account other peoples problems. Maybe more info , less b s and people would take you more seriously. You are the first to bring bull to the table, now step up and tell the facts, you have them ,OUT WITH IT!

yes mr 90120 does care about the company whats wrong with that hes never lied to me or asked me to violate any work rules
Amen kingfish to some this is a tough concept to grasp however, it is management's JOB to care about the company! Keep in mind that NO company = NO employees! I have 2 questions to so many of the drivers who post here is. What is wrong with being expected to complete a work assignment that DOES NOT violate ANY FMCSA regulations or work rules? And if you don't care about YRC then why are you still here? :chairshot:
Mr. 90210/one eye, enjoys playing God with peoples lives. I like the part were he called security on a driver, to have the driver escorted off the property. All of it was over, filling out a vacation form and refusing to tell the driver how much vacation time he had coming.

Gotta love that professional attitude of the surviving management, at (Cell Block) 309. :biglaugh:

Mike Ha Ha Ha has grievence dead locked about all the work going into Boilingbrook and the drivers not following the work. This could if won more work would come back to the Heights.
