Cigna manages our plan at Estes.I have been satisfied with it for my 3 years here.Hope it doesnt have any major affects on my plan.

I remember being with Averitt and having BCBS and loved it. Then, I quit them and went to Southeastern Freight where they had Cigna. I hated Cigna. They denied almost everything and would have to fight for them to finally cover something. Well, in January, we went to BCBS, and it was a welcome change. I've had to use our insurance for some minor medical issues and just like when I was at Averitt, no problems at all. Love Blue Cross.
