There was a news item on Ameritrade today about 11 A.M. stating that a 13D filing shows Clarke Inc. has a 10% stake in VTNC. That is all it said. I have yet to read Clarke Inc filing from their pages.

They appear to be buying shares every day since 9/23/2013. Why? If a deal is done and only awaiting closing?
