Had an interview today and he said that Vitran gets a cost of living allowance every year. Can anyone tell me the usual amount and when you get it. Dummy me did not think to ask, how much and when.

it is diffrent each year ussualy .25cents hr.
and 1cent on mile

I'm sure it's tied into the Consumer Price Index somehow Beep Beep and that changes all the time.

My guess is any C.O.L.A will change year to year
