A jack-knifed semi-truck that dumped its load on the highway has closed Interstate 70 between Burlington and Stratton on the eastern plains of Colorado, and on the other side of the state, authorities were cleaning up after a semi skidded and overturned on I-70 in Grand Junction, scattering its load.
