I'm looking for an answer to my question as to if it's legal in what they did. We currently work a 60hr week and over the weekend they switched us to a 70hr work week. I looked up the snapshot (csa score) for the company thinking there is where it would show, what our "dot hours" would be.

They can switch if the company operates 7 days a week. My company doesn't operate on Saturday, so they are stuck with 60 hours in 7 days, as opposed to 70 hours in 8 days for the 7 day a week operation.

No, that information won't be there.

But.

A person can learn plenty about a carrier by looking at the data there. How a carrier operates, what their attitude towards safety is, how much they will tolerate from their drivers (or how much their drivers think they can get away with), how well (or how poorly) the equipment is maintained, there is lots to learn about a carrier there.

The higher the "score" for a carrier, the crappier they are to drive for.
