Comuncation is the key?

I admit we have a varied amount of opinion here but,lets see if we can open a better dialog of communcation with management and in turn have them voice thier opinion they way we see how things are operating and what we all can do to make this a better company.......

Yes but when will mgmnt start listening ? The weekly drivers meetings are almost carbon copies of each other. Drivers complain/ make suggestions/ they respond back(meaning well)/ next meeting repeat again. It's always the same complaints too. Most of the drivers who have been here a while just sit back and let the newer guys voice their gripes.
