is con way trucking in illinois a good company? i will be starting my apprenticeship there soon as i get my cdl permit with endorsements.
 
It is a great idea to get your license at Con-way. Every place has it's good and bad but at least the pay is decent at Con-way and after you get some time in the industry you can go anywhere and get a decent paying job. Good Luck:ShakeHandsNah: :ShakeHandsNah:
 
Experience with a big named carrier is always a plus to get you ahead in the industry. Conway may not be the best of the best, but they have a decent reputation and a year of good behavior can open the door to many more opportunities.

You have to understand,Up north a good paying job is about 15 an hour.Many of the driver In Wisconsin really believe that this company cares about what happens to them.Lets see how he feels:bananalama: in a year.
