New Penn | Con-Way trying to steal freight

I usually work the dock but went out a few times this month. I went to get my bill signed and as I turned around to go back to my trailer the con-way guy was looking very hard at the shippers name on my sticker. I was in a hurry and wanted to get home so I kept walking. Really ridicuously looking at it though, really really close. maybe they have an incentive program for leads, who knows........lame.

Incentive - yes they stay in business, they put yrc out of buisnes, he gets better run. INCENTIVE yes.

Seems to me that picking up freight intended for another carrier could be considered thet. Not only would the original carrier have a gripe, but I'm pretty sure most shippers wouldn't like it either. I would never take a chance on losing my job over it, and I would hate for my company to get booted from a customer for trying to grab one extra piece of freight. Accidents happen, but for this to be happening regularly and on purpose, I don't see it.
