Mr. Beinhower, If you wanted this done in August then you should have put it up say 2 months ago!
Truth be told I could care less about this change. But for the fact that if you open these new D.C.'s, Breaks, Or whatever you wanna call them then great! BUT NO ****IN P.T.S. ALLOWED! Do something about the damn depressed wages we have to endure because of Management ****-ups! Just what we need! More damn gypies pukes pulling our freight out of Houston, Memphis, & Seattle!

I say HELL NO!

What the Freight Division says? Who knows?
 
I can tell you now .YES THEY CAN DO THAT . I think its tattooed on the inside of their eye lids so they dont forget it And just to rub it in the will say BECAUSE YOU VOTED IT IN
 
Nothing very exciting here. A very small, non-controversial change. Only mild surprise is putting drivers in Houston, but it makes good sense.

We miss Jeff Rogers and his big ideas.

Increasing capacity ? I guess these idiots have forgotten they have no trailers and a bunch of worn out trucks.

Correct but for 2 facts.

1. Again, This Company has to spend more money to fix the mistakes of the past. When will they learn? For that matter when will WE learn?

2 .P.T.S. With this change they route whomever they have under contract (i.e.Non-Union) to these 3 new breaks. How will that effect the Road Drivers who transfer there? Come on! You know how this crap works! Our driver sits while a Gypsie runs our frt from say, Houston to Memphis while the YRC driver who was off rest, With Hours, Sits for something that pays less then the run he should have had?

Am I missing something here?
Just trying to look at things long term.

From what I have read on posts, this is already happening at quite a few breakbulks.

830-Bloomington breakbulk had approximately 300 employees on the road board.

Today, in 2014, 152 on the board.

PTS in their yard? Who monitors the percentage of PTS currently utilized?
 
I have heard that Cleveland, OH and Erie, PA are swapping some territories in the near future. I didn't see anything in this document to address that, does anybody know anything?
