It is something to be proud of whether you care or not.......It says something about you "the driver" and very little about management......for what it's worth......For all management does to supply the tools you need......Bottom line is that you are behind the wheel......Making it happen.....Congrats.

I think alot of it is the area of operation. I never crossed a scale or got inspected, in the 10yrs I drove in Upstate NY..lol

You're correct sharpshooter, 26 years with newpenn and never stopped, actually waved thru. But the big reason is the drivers and newpenn always maintained equipment and the DOT inspectors knew that.. They don't want to waste time on stops they can't ticket.
But under yrcw that will slowly change.
