That's very important..
 
As the computer came about, so did robotic assembly. And so goes a assembly job for a person in a factory. For every robotic welder welding a frame of a car, so went 2 welders position. For every computer in a bank, so goes 10 jobs in accounting. Less positions to fill because of automation, more people looking for work @ half of the pay they used to work for. and twice the # of people trying for a job. If you are in high school what type of job do you strive for that won't replace you @ 50. Not an easy answer. Any high end science or manual labor like a carpenter might survive being replaced by a robot. von.
