Cutbacks

We recently had some talk about the cutbacks. Here are some questions for us to give our opinion on.
1. Do you feel it was to tuff on the employees?
2. Did it change your opinion of the company?
3. Do you feel it was the right thing to do in the end?

As a former employee I feel the cuts wasn't evenly distributed.

Its like a certain road driver was heard saying in CLT one night,"The company has to do what it has to do".Then when he was part of the grand cut,he got all bent out of shape.How ironic...
