If your refering to Holland, no its not new, they've been hauling doubles for over a year. They run out of buffalo, going to syracuse and albany, should see more of this now that new penn is interlining with holland.
freight npme p/u for holland is supposed to go to buffalo, most likely be broke down and put on direct trailers for certain areas in holland system.and freight we get from holland will probaly get dropped off there also, shouldn't have any impact on amount of 48' doubles you see on thru-way
