Death on I-90 Ruled *******

Several years ago I worked an accident when one of our rigs was involved in a head on collision. The driver was on a two lane road when a kid in a small pickup pulled into his lane. The kid just had left his girlfriend's house about a mile away after she had called of the relationship. He told her he would just kill himself. The boy's family apologized & said they would not pursue legal action against the company. The pickup hit the left front of the rig & locked the steering which sent the rig into large trees. The driver had serious injuries & missed a few months of work. I know from being involved in an accident even though it was not my fault that you never forget an accident.
