it has taken me a while to understand the new system but i think i finally got it today. i will start with the system drivers and use terminals gvl, clt. note time in 100's

dispatch time gvl to clt 2100
arrival time at clt 2245
elapse time 1.45 hrs
computer gives you 1.79 hrs to make this run, so your arrival time would be 2279. then you must add the .50 free time so now you are at 2239 and you delay pay has started, at 2339 you are given your bills (van pay =.30) you hook up and return to dispatch at 2359 and get dispatched, your pay =
end 2359 to 2329 drop & hook
delay = .90
2329
-2239
= .90

if you are in the 4th to the 6th hr you will loose another .50 minutes for lunch

Bid Drivers

if your bid time is 2300 gvl to clt then you add 1.79 to 2300 and your scheduled arrival time is 00.79 add .50 to that and you are at 119, pay starts ( remember computer will not let you get double pay) so the way i do it is 119 plus .30 = 1.49 or 1:30 am. (add .45 for pups)YOUR CUT TIME HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR DELAY PAY . now here is the kicker, i come to work at 6pm escualed to arrive in clh at 0079but i get there at 2355 then the computer will take an exta .50 for lunch, this does not come off of the time from 2355 to 0079 it comes from your pay time starting at 0079

i hope this helps some and sorry if it is confusion, time to go beddy by
