Was JTL the first ones there? Who had the building built? When they shut down, did any of the drivers have a clue that it was impending? Reckon how many different trucking companies operated in that facility? Is the location haunted? Is it vexed? How come apparently no trucking company can move into that location and not survive let alone thrive? I admit that recently it has gone a little farther off the beaten path, but not too long ago it was very near all of that thru traffic passing through. Even today, it still is close to several major highways but still, another one bites the dust.
