    I dont think he worked at Conway, but I wish he did now. He thinks that no driver there is smart enough to see what he is doing, when in fact almost everyone there is aware of his "hijinks". Everyone just smiles at him and moves on, his supervisors talk about him all the time, if he knew that he would pop a vessel in his brow. I cant wait til tomorrows driver meeting,..more of his fantasy world statements, :chairshot:

    There are 2 types of Terminal Managers:

    Ones that have just been fired
    and
    Those that will soon be fired.

    If this guy is doing as stated, he will be caught....it's just a matter of time. You can cook the books all you want but when the books are served, the TRUE flavor comes out.:1036316054:

    Just hope that you are at the terminal to watch him as he walks out the door for the last time with his head hanging in shame. That will be a picture you want to see. I watched this same movie with a different actor once. I would give it 5 stars !!

    I agree, there are at least 50 employees there that would love to see just that. Its a matter of time, he has pissed too many peeps off, just fired one this week that has a baby due next month, he doesnt care one bit about his people, its all about him. Rover's day is coming.

    First name rhymes with the first word in a famous peak out west and last name rhymes with a sneaky, little, red furred varmint that raids hen houses .

    There's alot more of these crooked TM's out here than you might think. Something about that job just makes them crazy. Sad part is most of em get away with it.

    I have heard Mack say he would not respond to un--signed letters.I'm sure Reid is the same way.Your best bet is to get a letter with a lot of signatures on it.If you send that in and someone comes up from Dothan you all need to have a legit gripe because if you don't heads will roll if they dont take out the TM.

    Any of you guys know where I can get up with a former AAA driver. He was terminated from Washington NC terminal a few weeks back. Name is Donnell L. (trying to give him a job)

    Wow dishonest TM's. I'd say about 90 percent lie through their teeth.The other 10 percent are moving from company to company to try to keep their past from catching up with them.BTW, The Doves are very protective of incompetent ,dishonest TM's

    an anonymous letter will get things started. but they will look at trying to find the source of the letter before they do anything else. i worked for cooper for 18 years just to be harassed to the point of quiting.i planned on retiering from cooper worked hard looked out for them in every way. had two managers canned by writing letters one straight out 1 anonymous but they deserved it. had some very good managers over the years. i think cooper is a good company over all just the last term i was in is being run just like the one your in but they know how to put on a show when the auditer shows up

    Term Manager from HELL

    OK This is term 81 Lou, here and we are up against a wall here,
    We have a tm that for that past two years has called us names made fun of us said we are simple minded, have add/adhd. ect. Jumped our a$$ over everything we do. And cooked his books. that just got our Disp FIRED and the lead P&D man...


    Now we have done are 13 to 15 hour day's and been worked to death to long. And we need help, I like ACT i get a good wage. But come on, If anyone know who we need to call or what not please tell us HR told us there was nothing they could do..

    call reid. and when they come to investigate you need to have everyone to stand up and say how they feal about things. but like i have seen over the years when they show up everyone cowers down and tells them everthing is cool.to make the call is puting your job on the line and if they don't move the tm your life will be hell. and like in my case they did get rid of the tm and the new tm knew i was the one and they made my life hell to the point that i quit after 18 years. im now at odfl. they treat me good. the reagional manager at od told me they will get rid of a management man before they get rid of a good driver.im glad im not at cooper any more.if you think it is bad there try the ash term the supervisors there treat the ones they don't care for with total disrespect they will talk to you like your a piece of crap no matter how good a driver you are.
