DOL sues IAM multiemployer Pension Fund Trustees

Every one in awhile the Department of Labor sues Trustee's of multiemployer pension funds. Read the charges and see if any of them sound familiar.

I will go to bed tonight and dream I seen a copy of the lawsuit with Central States Pension Fund being the defendant

Only problem is CS did their misdeeds under the watchful eye of the DOL, that would make it a self-indictment

Spending and permitting others to spend fund assets lavishly on unnecessary trips, parties and extravagant food, wine, and accommodations.

Would a Fund meeting in Hawaii qualify? I would think it should. Imagine the horror.
