You rely on everyone for everything else, why not expect them to peddle you around on the bike that they bought for you also?

At least Mitt Romney hauled his dog around on the roof of his car......and it had wind blowing on it, versus you putting your dog in an oven.

I got one at a later date.
Don't know about you guys but peddling bikes is way harder then I remember. It feels like the tires are flat when I peddle.
If it's been years since you rode, your in for a shock.

I used to be the only kid in my area that could pedal up 1 miles long steep hills and not have to get off and push. Then Ten years ago I tried a bike for a mile on level ground. Thought I had destroyed my knees it was sooooo hard!

I suspect mags isn't what he portrays. He's worked decades to craft an image of a fat never get out of the easy chair sloth. I'd hate to blow his handiwork for him!!!

Yes similar when I was a kid, I could ride all day long and not get worn out, achy & tired.
Never thought much about it, but it's all different now.
I' am trying to get back into better shape but it's hard. When I decided to do some walking I went around a city block and my legs were hurting bad. I thought something was wrong, gradually I worked my way up to a 2 mile walk and it doesn't hurt any more. Did a short jog on one of my walks for about 200-300 feet and it was really rough on me Probably first time since the 80's jogging.. Easy does it I guess, but biking seems to tax a different muscle group, I need to do some of this some of that several times a week. I did some rowing and thats fun exercise because of being out in nature. But thats hard to do more than once a week or so because its a project to get out with the canoe.

Time flys by and I didn't notice being out of shape, it surprised the heck out of me.

Thank you but I can take a break anytime I like, if I were working for you I'd get fired.
And you wouldn't want to cover my medical bills either would you.
But thanks for the good wishes and advice.
I think I'm more familiar with my situation.

got to watch out for those animal "rights" people
after all tons of outrage over the gorilla shot in Cincy
no one really taking about the 69 people shot in Chicago over the same weekend

They make bikes that are more compatible for those that are a little "heavy on their drives".
Look at the bike's brand name.

I love it! Thing looks fantastic! My problem with bikes isn't skinny tires. Its that the seats won't stretch high enough. Plus then I'd want the old high riser handlebars too...:shift:

I'll have you come up and hang out with me during a few of my favorite hunting seasons. We will be walking the mountains several times a day, and you will be forced to keep your trap shut (or you will end up on the business end of a gun stock) but you will get in shape real fast. And no scaring off any animals before I lay them on the ground. And of course, no talking politics........or only one of us makes it back to camp.
