If things weren't bad enough, last night our TM was filling in on the evening shift because our regular supervisor was off. At the start of the shift the lights for the load to trailers were turned on as normal, but while we were at lunch the TM came out and turned out all the trailer lights that we were loading to. He fills the lights on our forks should be plenty. Does this company even have a chance of making it? It was just another pitiful exhibition of cowardice by our TM who has a grade school mentality. For Driver Appreciation Week we the got the same as last year , poor working conditions, wore out equipment, and day old donuts.
