Are your driver mentors required to rotate? Ours are not required to rotate simply for the fact they have that title.

The only driver mentor I know is in a team truck and they rarely get rotated.

Ours are city. They have a choice as to whether or not to rotate and of course they don't.

Ours rotates, but I don’t know if it’s by choice or not. Is it heavy there Dick?

We're doing on average 850 bills a day but still rotating on average six drivers per day. We're overworking the ones here. We're bringing freight back and missing pickups. It's ridiculous.

It’s all about that number. Everyone sees through the long term job security arguement they give. How stupid does leadership think we are? If service was truly more important than hitting the bill count/driver hours goal then no one would sit at home while there is freight to deliver
