Why is it such a hassle to use the drivers car when laid over somewhere?

Someone in the office is often using them for whatever reason.

has always been a problem in certain places. If you call Chase he can normally make things easier in most cases. the TM's seem to think it is their personal property instead of drivers car. I feel your pain
