Drivers hiring process at Dayton

    I've seen some posts that the hiring process for drivers is pretty long. Just looking for some more info. Thanks!

    Not necessarily, as long as there's an opening. Maybe a month total. I can't remember exactly, but I gave 2 weeks notice to my former employer, which my SCM respected. @bentrim has recent experience and might be more help.

    Not sure if my experience with the hiring process was abnormal time wise but the whole process seemed very fast to me. I turned in a two week notice at my previous employer but the process from first call for interview to actually starting in the truck took less than a month. From what I can see so far, the wait was well worth it too.
