I hear that ECM is losing drivers left and right from a new policy of "ANY load picked up has to be delivered to the destination by any driver".

This makes all drivers over the road. Overnight stays and such. We had a few quit here in Toledo already.

Anyone heard about this.
 
We don;t have any ECM driver down here in RNK so I don;t know much about them. Being that it is a truckload carrier I would assume if you picked it up you would deliver it unless it was prearranged to drop it off somewhere.
 
The point the drivers are making is, they had their linehaul overnighters, and they had their dedicated home every night runs, All drivers are being forced to be overnighters. I was just wondering how many are quitting because of this.
