In Columbus, Ohio they are currently hiring. For Full time City P@D Driver, Plus Full Time Linehaul driver.

I hear they are being picking during your 30 day probation. Which one would be easier to work and make it past this?
 
I have not heard of anyone at any terminals having problems getting through probation. I do not think the pool of drivers is big enough for them to be real picky about what happens during it. You should just decide if you want to be gone all week, work at night and probably make more money or work during the day and be home at night for less money. If you think about going open board and running the road, you should probably talk to someone and find out if there are any forced bids, because the new guy would get stuck on the forced bids if they have any.
