FYI not to walk all over the love fest here but we still don't get O.T.
20% less in milage
40% less for drop and hook
70% less for fuel
delay pay is insulting
breakdown pay is laughable
(you have to laugh when you want to cry)
I like many drivers am just waiting for another co. to start hiring LH drivers and I'll be running fro the hills.

Another experienced driver gone. don't worry we have plenty of dock workers getting their license.

I feel ya.... Fed ex offered to hire me at top pay, RIGHT NOW.. but I cant leave OD due to my wife being pregnant, closing on a new house, and her being on my insurance.. Id be gone by now too...

We are treated pretty well at OD IMHO... but in reality, the pay sucks compared to the other LTL's (NON unioin)

I will never complain about how I'm treated. I get along with all the other drivers and supervisors, even the terminal manager is as nice a guy as you would ever want to work for but I go to work to make money. and FEF is not looking for anything but P&D drivers here.

I'm just waiting to here what UPSF is going to do here.
