I cant Imagine not voting, but then again I am a veteran. I would imagine these non voters just don't care enough one way or another or have no intentions of staying with the company long term.

They deserve what they get than and have no right to ever bitch about the results! I would rather have someone vote the opposite of what I would prefer than for a brother to be to lazy to vote if not for themselves for all the brothers that have fought in the past present and future to make a better work environment. Liars are worse than lazy but not by much IMO.

80% how many voters do y'all have? Our terminal is small but all voted yes.

We had aprox 90% turnout, about 60 voters, approx 90% yes. First time around we were a no by a small margin. So about 75% of our no voters flipped and our turnout also went up from the first vote.

If they come after your pension in five years you’ll wish you had voted no this time around. You’ll also understand why a decent pay raise is so important. You’ll need a significant pay raise if they go after your pension. But who cares about the future right?

The Locals have to submit them by 3 pm, they should let stewards know by 7, conference call at 9pm...
