1 Driver dead after multi vehicle accident on Southbound I-83 Monday morning in York,Pa.The driver was from Estes Express Lines in Buffalo,NY.9 Trucks And several cars were involved in the accident.The roadway was to reopen around 9p.m. Monday evening.
