That's because we are a profitable non union company and can continue to invest in infrastructure , equipment, and new ventures. Go Fedex!fedex as of yesterday bought a logistics co based out of Pittsburgh.
Mergers usually aren't pleasant for those that are being acquired.....by any company.Wait till FedEx goes in and downsizes that company. Ask them how well they like the purchase. I have lived one of fedexs purchases of a past company and it wasn't pretty.
Yeah, rather than "investing" in our people...That's because we are a profitable non union company and can continue to invest in infrastructure , equipment, and new ventures. Go Fedex!
We're not in the truckload business....yet.Now Fred can broker his loads.
As in those trailer loads you used to pick up ...........
We aren't?We're not in the truckload business....yet.
PT as in purchase trailers? We aren't?
WTF do you think PT is?
I just hope they respond better than the National guys did once the merger was implemented. Anything is possible...That waiting will all change when they put on the purple. The former Genco workers will get FedEx goals just like we do.
But wasn't it Doug Duncan, CEO of FedEx West, that took over FedEx Freight when the East/West merger occurred?I just hope they're managed more intelligently than this company has been since the East took over the West.
