Workers, employers and the courts are beginning to notice: There's a new workplace marshal in Oregon.

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has filed three discrimination complaints against Oregon employers in the past two weeks, part of a concerted effort to boost enforcement and visibility of anti-discrimination laws in Oregon workplaces, officials say.

The lawsuits against Video Only Inc., Gresham Nissan Subaru Inc., and Con-way Inc. bring to four the number of lawsuits filed so far this year by the agency in Oregon. That's the most since 1998, when the agency filed seven lawsuits in U.S. District Courts in Oregon, court records show. The total doesn't include a sex discrimination suit recently filed in federal court in Washington against Oregon-based Les Schwab Tire Centers.

Discrimination for what? Sexual discrimination, age discrimination, race discrimination? I am seriously interested in this. PLMK any information you can come up with on this.
