https://www.google.com/search?q=15 ...e=UTF-8#q=15 an hour causes business to close
If the business is needed SOMEBODY will do it. They'll work harder for less. The owners/investors.
Labor has been subjected to that mentality for years.
If somebody wants to own that business type jimmy. They will do it. Quality goes down with it but nobody seems to care long as it's cheap.
The mentality of " those overpaid union guys priced themselves out of a job" may now be turned around to " those spoiled owners unwilling to work harder for less".
Vat's gut fer der goose is gut fer der gander.
THEY MUSTVE BEEN LAZY.
MAYBE THEY MADE POOR LIFE CHOICES.
MAYBE THEY SHOULDVE CUT THEIR OWN PROFITS. MAYBE THEY. SHOULDVE WORKED 3 JOBS. MAYBE THEY SHOULDVE GOTTEN RID OF TGEIR OWN HEALTHCARE. MAYBE THEY SHOULDNT HAVE BEEN SAVING FOR THEIR RETIREMENT. MAYBE THEY SHOULDVE CUT THEIR OWN PENSION.
MAYBE THEY SHOULDVE DOWNSIZED AND DID MORE JOBS THEMSELVES.
THEY MAYBE COULDVE ASKED FOR FOODSTAMPS OR GOT RENT ASSISTANCE AT HOME.
MAYBE THEY SHOULDNT HAVE FELT ENTITLED TO HEALTHCARE,SAVINGS AND RETIREMENT AND LIVABLE WAGES.
MAYBE THEY JUST WERENT SKILLED OR COMPETITIVE ENOUGH.

Maybe they should move in with you?
Nope. I can help them get a pt job with no benefits on-call on the dock....if they want a taste of the real "entitlement " world.
I did. Some of the other stories were a little short on facts. The first one was good, the owners that closed the restaurants were actually asked why they closed.
Your description was vague....
If it's only high school and college kids working there, why are you Libtards so concerned about them earning a "livable wage"?
You need to get your liberal talking points straight.
Society cant afford everyone being the same. The fact is......everyone is different and has different goals in life. Free stuff and uniformaty encourages complacency and that is a recipe for financial and economic collapse.
Someday you can tell them you were against it
How come grandpa?
So... Here you are for the grandkids. Yet you vote to take their money for your entitlement, and stick them with the higher debt...
In surprised you haven't posted in favor of Stanford Professor Paul Erlich's 'Population Bomb'?? Since the 1970s, he's wanted 2/3 the earth's population killed off, so the Earth can prosper...
Because we knew we're too old pay the $75k a tax payer he added but we didn't want you guys to have to.
So sorry we failed you so miserably kids.
Economics of the time, guess what things were not always as they are now
Th managing of thousands of acres requires large staffs, furthermore there was a history of hundreds of years of precedent of those economic conditions
The Founders took what steps they could to end slavery. Pennsylvania outlawed slavery in 1776. The Constitution forbid importing new slaves. And, since porportionment set a representative to Congress according to population, the Abolitionists set the census value for property (slaves) at 3/5th of a person, so the South couldn't overpower the House of Reps and Never end slavery. If property had been a one person, one census- slavery might still exist today.
Slavery does exist today under the guise of Federal Reserve Notes.....and all the other credit/bank debt/interest scams.
Mommy Grand Pa's an
Little Johnny don't you say that word, butthole is permissible.
why count people for Representation purposes when they aren't allowed to vote?
It was a concession made for ratification
Congress ( the house) is done by population distribution, thus if only white people were counted, the southern states would not have had relatively equal representation in congress, no representation was one of the complaints against the crown.
