FINALLY.....

i for one, cannot see it being of any real service. there have been times i''d pull into a fuel island, call the desk, only not to have them answer. or maybe my fuel card was denied. or oit is very cold outside and the pumps are running slower than usual.

too many variables to say someone is hogging the fuel islands. then too yes, i have seen the hoods up and no driver. many times, yes, he is eating or taking his shower. but then too, long lines at the fuel desk due to the inept ability for the empoyee's to move things along, can also hold up the guy, that is actually buying oil.....

better way would be to have an "attendant" at the fuel islands.

need to start adding a surcharge onto the fuel price. Example you or your company paid $300 for fuel and you sat on island for 45 minutes then a Island Block Charge of $25 gets added to the card. The first 15 min are free and the rest are billed @ $25 per half hour. If you want too dispute the charges then you can but no guarantee of a refund.
