ABF | Forced Overtime

Can someone tell me where it is written that we can be forced overtime. I have look in the contract and the supplements and can't find it anywhere.

The Contract certainly doesn't say it can't be forced. Article 42 does outline what happens if a reasonable work order is not followed. Thus, forced OT.

article 59- Workweek and Workday Section 12 This is the Carolina Supplemental Agreement. This is for Dock and switchers. If you need the Article on driving, I will find that too. Hope this helps...
