CSPF needs to recoup the unpaid for pension payments it has made. Every retiree's pension contribution history, funds performance, should be reconciled with pension payments. Any payment over what was contributed + investment gains should be recouped from pensioner. This is the only fair way to make up for, LARGE RETROACTIVE PENSION INCREASES, for employee's whos companies that later went bankrupt. Hopefully the pensioners give up their assets willfully. litigation is a cruel unnecessary tax on underfunded pension plans.
