Does anyone think that the new freight dimensioners at all the bigger terminals are making us lose freight to other companies do to higher pricing or is it just slow for everbody. Seems like our freight levels dropped off when we got ours.

Getting rid of junk freight is never bad. Unless you are a worthless, lazy, salesrep.

Some of it may be junk some of it not but if a customers freight is found to be oversized it gets a big up charge.

Just keeping the customers honest. Nearly every company does it in some way or another. We also have guys who go around and crack open crates to make sure the freight code is correct.

Freight levels in Riv are pretty much the same. Slowest was at the beginning of year.

I have sen an uptick in freight the last couple of weeks.Whether it sustains itself is another question.
