Anyone care to be a trainer/mentor to driving school grad? I guess this a bright idea brought on by new CEO.Don't reward present employees with raise and contribution to 401K in order to keep them and maintain good reputation.Bring in cheaper labor,an old idea that never works.

Cheap drivers and tore up trucks.In the long run,"you get what you pay for".

In the short term lowers operational costs.Makes the bottom line look better.Something that is done when trying to sell.Jefferies Capital would probably like to get rid of highly leveraged NCT.They pushed Harry out the door,put their boy in as CEO.He probably has a year or so to turn things around.I doubt if Harry voluntarily retired he would have picked T.G. as his replacement, another YRC/Roadway wonder boy.
