I learned how to "drive a stick" with those Schwinn Sting Ray Bicycles in the mid to latter 60's: Orange Crate, Cotton Picker, Lemon Peeler with the "gear shift" on the frame rail. They were clutch free.
Some motel/hotel clerks have handguns or just laugh the clods out the door while recording their profiles.
