A unnamed Walmart truck driver was ticketed in New York on Wednesday after striking an overpass, seriously damaging his trailer.
According to the Garden City Patch, the tractor trailer was traveling on the Meadowbrook State Parkway....

Vindigni was taken to the John E. Polk Correctional Facility on charges of aggravated battery, battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest.

up here, that is a felony charge,, assaulting the elderly.

i am surprised (from reading the article) it appears that FL a state with a high population of elderly don't seem to treat them better than "just" an assault charge.

WHAT?? Stupidity is ever increasing in prevalence. For a possible/potential future, reference the movie IDIOCRACY.

Genius could have gone to any Gay Bar and "harassed a Moose" (some guy the size of Big Dave: Large and Cuddly in Leather:wavey:), or something less hazardous like Galloping an Antelope:wee:. I'm sure the town is also known as Frisky.
