I have an interview with the Fontana, Ca barn and they said they plan on becoming a 7 day a week operation soon. How long does it usually take for a driver to go from casual to full time city driver? They have 120 drivers at the Fontana Barn. I know it is different for every place but I am just wondering the average time.
If I take the job I will be going from 60 to 65 hours a week at my current job and I need to weigh it out to see if I will be able to support my family.
